You should be abel to make 5 or 6 grand a year from a portfolio your size if you went after higher yielding income trusts.  I did something like that for my grandma several years ago, many of the trusts doubled in price WHILE they gave her ~10 to 12% div. yields, paid out monthly.  But that&#039;s going to come to an end soon anyway (Income Trusts death) so I guess I&#039;ll be stuck looking at the 2 to 4% div. yield stocks too.</description>
