		<description>Hey Tyler - Wondered if you had read the Barron&#039;s cover story on stingy dividend payouts that came out this week.

There&#039;s a graf or two of it on their website, but it&#039;s subscription based to get the whole thing.  They make compelling arguements for the value of dividends (even in relation to buybacks), but only give the same old reasons for why companies are not raising their payouts at the old historical level.

At least it&#039;s a high-profile cover article in the investment community calling on companies to step up the payouts.</description>
