		<description>A good way to invest in dividend achiever&#039;s list is PowerShares etf&#039;s traded on major exchanges. They have an achiever&#039;s portfolio (PFM) and also, my favorite, an International Dividend Achiever&#039;s (PID). Decent growing dividends and low fees. Only thing that isn&#039;t so obvious is they are somewhat overweight financials.</description>
